Bodybuilding Competition checked off the list...and here's to even more I plan on accomplishing this coming year..
It has been some time since I have posted on my blog to keep everyone in the loop as to what is happening for Fitness by the C, and with personal training sessions and upcoming events.
2015 was such a wonderful year in accomplishments for me and for what I have planned for my training sessions, weight loss consultations and in events preparing for 2016. I qualified nationally in Organization in Competitive Bodybuilders (OCB) using natural training and a drug-free training program. I have never in my life believed that banned substances or programs involving synthetic products was a fair way to become your best and strongest self. I trained using my own methods, using whole foods and natural supplements to push myself to my fullest potential. I gained muscle like I never have and lost an incredible amount of fat through my own methods of training. It was eye-opening how difficult (yet possible) it is to push yourself EVERYDAY to reach a goal. I experience this with others daily through motivation and guidance, so seeing this in myself was something a little foreign to me. I constantly exercise to stay healthy but I have never challenged myself so much as to see what my own human body was capable of if PUSHED it's hardest. It was phenomenal.
I plan for 2016 to continue to promote my training sessions and meet new faces and help others reach and exceed their own personal goals. I have added bikini bodybuilding and strict dieting to my personal experiences in training and will use this in and out of the gym for guidance. I will also begin to teach group Cross Training (cross-fit inspired) classes using TRX and HIIT to add into a client's workout routine. I have such a passion in seeing success, this will be such a rewarding experience. I will also be teaching a WOW class (Women on Weights) to help women understand their bodies and surprise themselves on how important weight training is. I have partnered with Faithfully Fit and will be working for them at the Health and Wellness Center starting January 11th.
2016 is a great year for growth and adding more to my "fitness plate". I will be posting my pricing for individual training sessions so that you can better understand how this will work. I'm changing a few things around which I am very excited about. Make sure to contact me if you have any questions for me! Here's to a great year and thank you for all of your support in my passion and doing what I love DAILY.
